Well, apart from the Queen’s grandchildren, there are also children of the Duke and Duchess of Gloucester (Alexander, Davina and Rose, about William’s age), children of the Duke and Duchess of Kent (but they are in their 50s and 40s now, so not very young lol), children of the Prince and Princess Michael of Kent (Frederick and Gabriella, in their 30s), and children of Princess Alexandra, the Queen’s cousin (both in their 40s, both have young children).
